The Farmhouse @ Hedera Farm

Situated on 22 acres nestled into the side of Crotched Mountain, the New England Cape-Style Farmhouse @ Hedera Farm was originally built in the 1880s from chestnut trees felled right on the property. This fully renovated and modernized house is a cozy retreat any time of year. With a true farmhouse chef’s kitchen and a dining room that can seat up to 18 guests, it’s a great place to entertain as well. Three well-appointed bedrooms, and two full baths make the Farmhouse an excellent family retreat.

Currently, we are offering the Farmhouse for 2-30 day stays for the 2025/26 Ski Season. The Farmhouse is located less than two miles from Crotched Mountain Ski & Ride, which offers a variety of runs for skiers and boarders of all skill levels, terrain parks, and an excellent Ski & Ride School. Another local favorite, Pat’s Peak, is only 30 Minutes away in nearby Henniker, NH.

In future Summer months we are hoping to offer the Farmhouse for Farm Stays and Culinary Retreats, where guests can learn about our bio-intensive farming practices, as well as take a variety of hands-on cooking classes.

In the Fall, the Farmhouse would make a wonderful home base for touring New England’s Foliage Season. The spectacular colors of the Contoocook Valley are unparalleled, with easy access to local hikes and scenic drives.
